Not merely a spectator, we take an active management approach to Due Diligence as our advisors work hand-in-hand with owners, management companies, title, escrow, legal counsel and lending institutions. All Due Diligence materials pass through our office.

For each property, a comprehensive Offering Memorandum (OM) is created that encompasses financial analysis, demographic reports, mapping, traffic count surveys and detailed reports on the specific submarket that the property is located within. An up-to-date investment overview of Las Vegas including submarkets is included in each OM, providing investors with the answers to any question they might have. Our financial analysis is one of the most comprehensive in the industry, providing investors with valuable insight into an ever-changing market.
