As a Senior Investment Associate in the multifamily division, Jeremiah Drake provides comprehensive brokerage services and investment assistance in the multifamily market to commercial real estate investors.
Prior to joining The Bentley Group, Drake spearheaded the Las Vegas operation of a Portland, Ore.-based private real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition and development of large multifamily properties. While there, Drake participated in the acquisition of four apartment communities totaling more than $200 million. He also was responsible for the asset management of 1,600 rental units and oversaw the property management and rehabilitation of an 896-unit multifamily property located in The Lakes at West Sahara. Drake additionally managed the sales, construction and leasing of 370 condo conversion units.
Previously, Drake held the title of business development manager for a residential marketing company, where he sold an impressive 1,000-plus homes. Drake has also served as a sales associate in California and regional sales director in Las Vegas for the nationā??s largest residential real estate research and analysis company.
Drake graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration. He is affiliated with The Assistance League of Las Vegas, a local charity dedicated to effectively finding and fulfilling the needs of the Las Vegas community.
